IOT is a group of innovative allied health professionals who work collaboratively to optimise their client’s quality of life.

Since 2016, our team of experienced practitioners has been servicing NDIS participants of the Illawarra and Shoalhaven districts. We also offer occupational therapy services in the Macarthur region. Our knowledge and extensive experience within the NDIS framework allows us to consistently deliver on our clients’ goals.

Our occupational therapists, physiotherapists and exercise physiologists work closely with each client to develop and execute an action plan targeted to meet their needs.

Our Services

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists assist people in achieving their goals by providing task-specific training, equipment or home modifications to increase their independence, participation and quality of life.

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists work closely with our participants to improve their quality of life. They pride themselves on taking a holistic approach to assessment and use a range of tools to help clients restore, maintain and maximise their physical functioning.

Exercise Physiology

Our exercise physiologists are skilled in delivering and evaluating safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.

Capacity Building

Our Capacity Building Centre (CBC) is a state-of-the-art facility designed for people with disabilities to build their functional capacity and lead fuller lives. It is the only disability specific space in the Illawarra catering towards people with disabilities.
